    Personal Definition:
I think Initiative means to have a mindset of :I can do this thing, and I'll do anything it takes to get it done!
I think it means to have energy and imagination and courage and willingness to 'get out there, and do it!'

I think Initiative is an important trait to have, so when God tells you to do something you can get excited about it and just 'go and do' and take charge and be a leader and example.

I want to develop initiative in my self by being sure and happy with my self so that others can see Christs light through me,and what joy the gospel brings me, and I can motivate and help and do things with His strength!
