PERSONAL DEFINITION:
I think to be a leader you have to also be a follower.
A good leader can't lead without following with their followers.
To lead you must have knowledge, and wisdom-which comes with experience, and you need charity and authority.
Charity, because if you don't love the people you lead, they won't want to follow you. And Authority, because you need people to listen to you.
Lead by example. If you follow the rules, then others will want to follow you.
If you lead with the light of Christ, then you can bring others joy and true happiness, and find your true self in the process!
